We coordinate directly with Arkansas 811 prior to digging post holes to ensure all public gas, electric, water, and telecom lines are clearly marked for safety.
📐 Do I need a property survey before building?
While not always required by law, we highly recommend knowing your exact property pins. We build strictly within your designated boundary lines to protect you from neighbor disputes.
🛡️ Are you licensed and insured in Arkansas?
Absolutely. We hold an Arkansas State Contractors License and maintain comprehensive General Liability insurance as well as Full Workman's Compensation coverage.
⏱️ How long does standard installation take?
Most average-sized residential jobs (cedar, chain-link, or vinyl) are completed within 1 to 2 days once post concrete cures, minimizing disruption to your routine.
📋 Do you assist with HOA submissions and permits?
We can provide the spec sheets, height dimensions, and style details you'll need to help you quickly secure approval from your local HOA board or city planning department.
